Our mountain house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and a romantic free standing gas stove with comfortable beds. It has spectacular views and is 5 minutes from downtown Boone in a gated community. It has wireless internet and multiple TV's which have hundreds of channels available. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to make you feel at home. Because of its beautiful mountain setting, we have been fortunate to host many marriage proposals, honeymoons, anniversary and birthday celebrations. It has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and air conditioning. The neighborhood is a great place to walk with nature, mountain views, and a pond. There is a large deck spanning the entire back which contains wonderful views of mountain tops and valley below. During the winter months you will need 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive during snow season.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Rich Mountain. Features include laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a fireplace.

My daughter and I were very impressed with the mountain house! The location was perfect! The house was so clean and inviting! We enjoyed the scenery and the peaceful atmosphere! Great restaurants were close by. We especially enjoyed the Dan'l Boone Inn Family Restaurant and Longhorn Steakhouse! We highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

I must say this little house was once loved and cared for, but as time takes its toll, upgrades and care seem to have gone by the wayside. The trees have grown up so as to not allow for the view that is represented in the pictures. The initial impression of cleanliness was present, although it was very "dated" and in need of freshening up. The result being an accumulation of unnecessary clutter in the cabinets, etc. An overall declutter and deep cleaning is in order!!I'm not sure what is happening to the downstairs, but there is a lot of "junk" that looks like unfinished remodel material left lying around.This is a solid structure that with some TLC could be a lovely destination!!
