Hennan Palm Beach Resort offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the plus side, the rooms were new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were cheerful and friendly, and the massage service was a particular highlight. The resort itself is beautiful, with visually appealing architecture and well-designed pool areas. However, several issues detracted from the experience. The immediate surroundings were underdeveloped and inconsistent with a premium resort. The rooms lacked blackout curtains, making it impossible to sleep in, and basic amenities like an iron and slippers were missing. The free breakfast was uninspired and bland. The resort's location in a crowded part of Boracay meant the beachfront was noisy and chaotic, not ideal for a quiet getaway. Service was also a major letdown. Staff at the pool seemed overly suspicious, and several instances of unhelpful and unwilling staff, such as one who refused to help open a coconut, made the service feel far from premium. Breakfast staff also kept reminding me about no-leftover policy, which felt unnecessary. Overall, the resort's beautiful aesthetics and friendly staff are overshadowed by extremely poor service, a lack of basic amenities, and a noisy environment. It does not feel like a true 4-star experience, and managing expectations is key.

We had the most amazing stay at Hennan Palm! Compared to the other Hennan resorts we think this is the best, most Modern and spacious, great location (if you don’t mind a busier area). The free breakfast although not very American but moreFilipino, Asian, and even English we ended up becoming more Adventurous and loving it! The 3 pools are spacious and beautiful. So clean. Right on the beach with private space. Amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Everything was great!! The one feedback I have is that the water in the toilets, due to the model of toilet, had the water at a really low level by default. This left the toilet side walls exposed to lots of stains.

Loved the breakfast buffet inclusive with the reservation. Booked the room with sea view, very comfortable stay, modern features. The room we stayed was quite a walk to the pool area but other than that, the staff and every one in this hotel were very accommodating and nice.

Fantastic option in Boracay. Great location right by the beach in station 2. Felt welcome right from the start. Room was fantastic with a nice comfy bed and all the amenities you'd expect from a good resort hotel. Excellent pools, plenty of services, great breakfast and a nice pool bar. Friendly staff and a short walk to many of the best restaurants. Would stay here again.

I was so unhappy with the service. I will be writing a more detailed review on Google so more people can read about my experience. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s a popular resort. They not only had terrible service once we had a complaint about the safety and quality of the room, but they don’t treat their employees fairly (they don’t pay them the VAT fee that all the other hotels do), they have a history of controversy since they used to dump their waste into the ocean, and even more. I can’t believe they’re opening an 8th hotel. However, the staff working there are excellent. But management in Manila who determines what happens when there is a complaint are unfair and greedy. I commend the staff as they’re kind and professional and efficient, but not the management. Furthermore, the rooms need some TLC given it’s supposed to be a high-end resort and it’s not cheap to stay here in comparison to the other hotels on the strip.
