The hotel refused to give me a receipt for charges or deposits when I checked in and then refused again when I checked out saying I could only get it from Travelocity. Yet now looking at my credit card transaction best Western hotel charged me an extra $236.30 more than my guarantee through Travelocity forty eight hours later after checkout the hold is still in place.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The traffic noise in the morning is loud. The HVAC is loud. There are stores and restaurants but they are across a the street that is very dangerous to cross on foot.

The door handle and the lock to the room were broken. There was a domestic argument outside of the room at 3 AM including swearing, racial slurs, doors slamming etc. and it occurred for 30 Minutes
