This hotel embraces what a five star experience should be from the moment you check in. We’ve loved our time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay somewhere with beautiful harbor views and wonderful service. In addition, the cleanliness of the rooms here are impeccable and well worth the room price. If we ever come back to Boston we will definitely stay here! Thank you Boston Harbor Hotel for making our Boston experience memorable, and getting us out of a bind when we had a horrible experience at another five star hotel in the city.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The staff are extremely polite, professional and always happy to help! Our room was beautiful and the views of the harbor were great! Loved the location being walkable to so many great spots! Would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel is beautiful with great views. You can expect to hear racing cars on Saturday nights. We put in a handicap room that water could not be contained in the shower area. Expedia guest seemed to be treated as less desirable guests.
