Check in was not what it should have been. A long while back I had to cancel a credit card. It happened to be the card I used for the reservation. It never crossed my mind that this was the card I used for this reservation because I made it months and months and months ago. I guess it is their policy to run the credit card a few days before check in and if it is no good they cancel your reservation without a phone call. They advised me they emailed me but I didn't see it because it wasn't from Courtyard but a personal email from Micah Cohen and in the Subject line it read.... IMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED. I am never going to open an email like that. They did get me a room but not the room I booked and paid for. In the end I was told I was lucky to get a room. I believe cancelling someone's vacation should include a phone call and voice mail.

The property was close to all the stuff we had to do. The tv didn't work in the room nor did the refrigerator and we wasted over 50 dollars worth of food. We told the front desk but they said they're was so engineers on at that time. Very disappointing

This is my second stay with them and the rooms are always clean, to access your floor you always need to use your room key and I find that extremely safe and comforting! Staff always has a smile on their face whether you’re checking in early or closer to midnight and are willing to help with your luggage too! The Valet parking service is top tier! They’re super friendly and are also willing to help you with your luggage as well. They take care of your car like if it was their own! Safe to say I will be coming back to stay with them again real soon!
