Not a place for a restful night

A noisy hotel - situated by a railroad crossing with train sirens across 18-20 hours a day. Check/in was slow and customer service hidden behind mumble and a mask. Coffee not replenished for second day, replacement at reception involved being sent to the bar, to wait while it was found in the kitchen.

Perfect place to stay when I arrived late to Boston and had to catch an early flight the next day. There was noise from trains nearby - whistling - but not too bad. Service was excellent.

Friendly, helpful and service-oriented staff

The shuttle drivers are superb! Front desk very helpful, and the bartender was really friendly. Nice beds, sheets, pillows - very comfortable and functional rooms. The only thing that isn't functional is the elevators!!! They can't be fixed soon enough. A real bottleneck and dragging luggage down the stairs is a total hazard.
