They advertised shuttle service from the airport, but in fact the shuttle service had limited hours. I ended up having to pay extra for a taxi going to and from the airport. I could have just stayed in site for the same price. It should be clear in the ad that the shuttle stops running early

Housekeeping was kind and helpful, a few of the front desk staff was very hostile and unwelcoming, tried reaching out to explain multiple rude encounters I had, nothing was done. The only kind front desk person is I think the only man that works front desk. There is one lady especially who is extremely disrespectful, rude, and hostile. Treated us like we were trespassing for sitting in an area in between the lobby and restaurant that had no signs saying it was closed. Overall a clean place and is near boston with uber. We were also under the impression that we got breakfast included and were told it’s available every morning, all we did was get a cold muffin and a drink and ended up paying $15 per person, again front desk never mentioned it was for a fee and they only told us afterwards. Again, the hotel itself is nice and clean, staff not so much.
