Perfectly located near the waterfront and Fanluiel Marketplace everything was in walking distance. Transportation from AirPods easy and cheap on the metro subway. Old hotels with very comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant adjacent with an Italian menu and lovely cocktails. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and hope to come back

Be honest, best policy.

They said no windows. They didn't said in the basement. No wondered. Plus, they not have coffee maker. They have only personal security deposit and small refrigerator. No fire alarm for hard of hearing or deaf access .

Everything was great about this hotel. Only thing for us personally was that the bed was too hard for my wife, who has back issues. Not worth downgrading the rating because of personal preference and nothing they can do about it. Location is amazing. walkable to almost everything and the T station right outside the door. Will stay again if we ever come back to Boston

Great location for getting to lot of Boston’s main attractions. T line right outside the hotel. Very close to Faneuil Hall for food options. Easy walk to aquarium and Duck tour and through the North End and the freedom trail. Stayed with our family of four with two kids. The map was deceiving to me where I thought we were staying by a large freeway but it was all underground and it was just a busy street road but we didn’t have any noise from that.
