Awesome location. Very close to Brookline downtown and T and a bus stop. All in less than 10 mins walking distance. The downtown area has many restaurants, cafes and interesting shops. We took T (green line) to go to Boston and Prudential Center. We took a bus to go to Harvard Square. You can use Apple Pay for all the public transportation (no need to get tickets.) There is a nice pond/park across the street from the hotel for a nice morning walk. Also, the room was super clean and quiet at night. We had a room with two queen beds. It was very spacious for our family. I was worried about parking, but there is a parking garage across the street that charges $25 per day which worked out perfectly. Overall, really satisfied!

There was no lotion in the dispenser (when asked for more, I was told they dont offer lotion anymore). Upon check in as a Hilton Honors member I usually get water, I had to go back to ask about it. I was over charged for parking, it took me 2 phone calls with 2 different people to get that issue resolved.

Great experience. The only issue occurred when we entered the restaurant for breakfast at 10:02 AM. We were not aware that breakfast ended at 10. The restaurant staff member was very abrupt in announcing “breakfast is closed”. The attitude portrayed in her voice was so inconsistent with the pleasant experience and helpful attitudes we received from all other staff members. This will not affect our staying at this or any other Hilton, but perhaps reminding employees of the importance of their attitude will help.
