Booked a channel view room. Could not see the channel because the roof below is completely blocks the view. Very disappointing since the view is my main reason for choosing this hotel. A three-star hotel that dares to pass for a 5-star hotel. The rooms' appearance and furnishings are outdated, including the coffee maker. The lack of bathrobes in the room and poor bathroom cleanliness are just some of the drawbacks of this place. The hotel certainly boasts good toiletries—Byredo—and comfortable beds. By the way, Esteban knows what true hospitality is. Thank you, Esteban!

From the moment i entered the hotel the staff were amazing ! I thought my room was very nice and spacious . Having the deep soaking tub and the stand up shower was fantastic. My only issues were that once you take a bath , there is no hot water left for a rinse off unless you wait 45 minutes or so and the pillows on my bed were flat and offered no support . Even when stacking them it was like sleeping on sandwich bread. I would definitely stay at the Intercontinental again .

The staff was nice but there was construction outside. So much traffic due to this and we had to walk around all of that, and it was extremely loud. Not a way you want to spend a romantic night at a classy hotel.
