Good Stay

The hotel check-in was a breeze, the staff were attentive in my opinion, any questions I had they were able to answer or provide a solution. The rooms are fairly small, but still cozy for 1-2 people. The lighting in the bathroom is not make up friendly(low, dim warm yellow lighting), so keep that in mind. There were a few things I wasn't fond of. There wasn't a mini fridge or microwave. Online it mentions it in the reservation, but there wasn't one of either when I got to my room. The windows are not noise canceling so you will hear everything on the street even at a high floor level.(I stayed on the 11th floor and it sounded as if i was on the second floor by street level) The ear plugs provided were a nice touch but not enough. There is a bar/cafe with plenty of seating on the Check-in level so that is convenient if you feel like staying in. The location of the hotel was great your walking distance from multiple restaurants, cafés and a convenience store. Overall it was a good stay, the building is quite secure. I would stay here again, just requesting a room in the other side of the building because of the noise.

Moxy is an attitude. It’s a unique experience for sure. I feel the piped music needs to be managed better, especially breakfast times.

Location is great for theater district and Chinatown. As soon as you walk in there is a vibe and you immediately like where you are. Decor is vibrant and fresh, staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms are small on space but big on simplicity and being eco friendly. Upon check-in we received vouchers for free drinks and a $35 one for food and drink. Our room was ready early and check out isn’t until noon the next day. Parking garages are within walking distance. We cannot wait to visit again. Highly recommend.
