When we checked in receptionist didn't tell us about amenities hours and their locations and where the breakfast will be. So we had to find out by ourselves. It was super fast check in because all she did was issuing the keys.

We’ve stayed in Boston in a quite a bit of different places. We have visited The Westin a couple of times and this is by far our favorite place to stay. From the staff, to the property, everything was top tier. Highly recommend. Will we be coming back in the near future.

- Check-in was delayed until 10:00 PM due to a system outage that staff admitted had been ongoing for three days, with no communication or contingency plan in place. - On May 29, our key card stopped functioning due to continued system failures, making us late for a dinner following our daughter’s graduation. - Basic amenities, such as slippers, were unavailable. Staff merely stated they were “out,” offering no solution. This failure was unrelated to any system outage and reflects a lack of guest care. - The 'Do Not Disturb' sign was hung on the door at all times, yet hotel staff repeatedly opened the door and entered without consent, which is a serious violation of guest privacy.
