Nice stay with more room than a regular guest room. My room did have a very noisy air conditioner vent in the bedroom. The complimentary light dinner/snack get-together in the lobby was a nice treat.

Staff was nice, friendly and attentive. Nice pool, convenient for families. Close to shopping center by drive, walkable to supermarket and a couple of restaurants. We had a short stay but it is very convenient for long stays.

It is a great choice that you will never regret.

From the moment I checked in, I felt incredibly friendly service. The clean and well-organized room was completely satisfactory, and my wife, children, and I were all satisfied. The complimentary breakfast was exceptionally high quality, and the space was clean and tidy. I had no issues staying here, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Boston.

Hotel amazing 2 bed suite, clean with pots and pans available in kitchenette,which you don’t find often in U.S Thought was rude a cleaner knocking on door at 8.30am when checkout was 11am. Breakfast normal U.S hotel breakfast. We would come again.

We loved our stay here. Our suite was amazing. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was so convenient. The kitchen and living room was great also. It was clean and all the staff was very friendly.

Outstanding Hotel!

This is an amazing hotel. It is newly renovated. The lobby has many tables for eating breakfast and relaxing throughout the day. There is a bookcase with puzzles, a few games and books, all of which can be used during your stay. The outdoor pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect. An added bonus for those who enjoy playing basketball is theor well-maintained full-size basketball court. My teens had a lot of fun playing basketball. You can get the ball from the front desk. Our room was gorgeous! It was a 1-bedroom which featured an island for dining and a full kitchen. Most suite hotels don't offer a cooktop, but this Staybridge did. The living room pullout is much betyer designed than older pullouts. On this one all parts of the couch flip this way or that way to make up a full size bed. The bedroom had two doubles. They were a little tight having two people in each, but it worked. The bathroom sink is outside of the shower and toilet room which helps when multiple people are getting ready. The two tvs helped us all stay amused. I couldnt have asked for a better appointed room. I loved it here so much. Sadly, we were only able to stay one night because this was the last leg of a longer trip to Acadia and Portland. I cannot wait to come back to the Boston area just to stay in this hotel. It was perfect in every way.

The front desk staff and other hotel staff members were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping received for a 4-night stay in a suite with 4 persons was unacceptable. No one came to do housekeeping, even after several requests. That took away from having a positive experience.
