This is a brand new listing, but my husband and I have over 800 5-star reviews with our other condos in The Village Lodge (see below). Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay!

***Dedicated 16 MBPS high-speed internet just for you (most units in the Village offer shared wifi for their guests, which results in painfully slow internet speeds)

AMENITIES

You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and four outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm).

***Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.).

*Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly."

*Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth.

*Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm!


CONVENIENCE

Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go.

My husband and I manage our four homes and rental properties as our full-time job through Mammoth Bliss Vacation Rentals. That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave PARKING PASS + 2 keys on counter (+key in lockbox). MUST BE LEFT BY 11AM, NOT TAKEN FOR USE DURING THE SKI DAY. KEYS NOT ON COUNTER ARE $50/KEY AND PARKING PASS $250 IF NOT LEFT BY 11AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Late Checkout: For checkouts after 11am, a double cleaning fee and an additional night will be charged (which can be much more if a weekend/holiday).
Lost Items: If you lose a key/PARKING PASS or return it after the 11am checkout time, a fee of $50 key card or $250 parking pass will be charged.
Lock Out: If you get locked out, there will be a fee of $150 to arrange getting you a new key.
