Peaceful house just a few minutes' drive to area beaches!

The house was spotlessly clean. Very nicely appointed. Enjoyed the pool very much! I drove to the area beaches and out to Gulfport for a shelling tour. Very nice area, lots of things close by. I was able to bring my little dog along for company so I really liked the security of the back yard fence. Neighborhood was very clean and neat and very quiet. Felt very safe there. Everything went off without a hitch so no communication with the host was necessary.

Overall the house was as expected. The maintenance staff neglected to turn the heat on the pool, but corrected for us when requested. Just lost a couple days of pool time. Issue with drain in master bath, but was corrected by the time we got back that evening. I would definitely go back. Sometimes things happen (which they did) but the staff took care of it fairly quickly.Thanks for letting us use your home for the week!

Pool and bathrooms were nice. Location was close to everything. Plenty of beds for sleeping. Dining room floor was oozing water for days. Contacted property management, they never showed up. Lighting needs to be updated. Carpeting needs to be professionally cleaned. Would stay again if they replace dining room flooring and took care of other issues.

The house is a bit dated and need of new carpets the pool was great once the pump was fixed. Pool area needs some work. Cracks and loose railing to get out of pool. Great location close to everything. We had a great time

Perfect escape

House was as advertised. And then some. Cleaning crew left it spotless on our arrival with plenty of towels including large beach towels. Pool was big and heated (extra fee but well worth it in Feb). Pool guy showed up every Wed to clean it. Close to all. Gorgeous beaches. Super seafood. Traffic to beaches heavy but it is peak season. Also, our Corgi pup loved his hard with plenty of room to run. Hope to stay again.

Location not ideal for our needs

Overall, we were satisfied with the house and it was convenient to most places in Bradenton. Kitchen could use some updating. Not convenient for bike riding and walking as we were on a cul-de-sac and very close to a busy road.

Bradenton Vacation Home

Location was perfect and easy drive to nearby beaches. The pool was an added bonus to the house and we loved that it was heated. Neighborhood is super quiet and we felt very safe. There are nearby restaurants and grocery stories to stock up on food! Only two cons to the house was that it was a bit stuffy in the bedrooms, but you can easily fix that by bringing a fan. The AC did not get as cold as we would have expect. We also love that it was dog friendly and our dog enjoyed the backyard.

Beautiful Home

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was even better and bigger than expected. The house had all the supplies you would have at home. The pool was the perfect size and kept clean , had plenty of chairs around it. The owner kept good communication with us. Only thing is, if you like it cold when you sleep
bring a good fan. The master bedroom is stuffy. They did provide a fan in the bedroom closet. The house was exceptionally clean and smelled so good when we arrived. We would love to stay here again!

Floridan Fun

Enjoyed our stay at 3 Dolphins. The home was very clean and neat when we arrived. Nothing better than to come in from a day at the beach and to jump in the pool. The home was larger than the pictures showed. Hope to make a return at a later date.

May 2021 vacation stay

This house is in a great location to the island, restaurants, shopping and Sarasota. The pool is awesome!! My dog had plenty of grassy area to run and play. The updated bathrooms are exceptionally nice. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened-in patio. I would recommend this rental and hope to book it again in the future.

Immediate responses to texts, helped with the added cost for heat in pool and warming increase request. Should run it at 90 when its 65 outside. This, My only recommendation for improvement. Beautiful rental.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The heated pool was amazing and the house was nice and large. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai. The bathrooms are updated and the house was stocked with beach towels. The check-in process was very easy as well. We will definitely be booking at this property again!

Great find

This house was well stocked and a good location to be out of the hustle and bustle. Beach was an easy drive and the pool was awesome for our kids! The layout of the house is great! Overall we truly enjoyed our stay.
