Everything was ok. The room was clean, we had to kind of slam the door to close but it sounded like that was just the norm. The first day of breakfast the man refilling the food was complaining to another guest about the day before serving 150 people and getting only $3 in tips pound enough for the 3 couples in the room to hear which was kind of off putting… we choose the next day to get our breakfast and eat in the room the next day. Overall the stay was good rooms were recently updated and looked nice.

It was clean and comfortable but the light over the sink was so dim I couldn’t see to put on makeup and my husband couldn’t see well enough to shave. I mentioned it to the cleaning lady but nothing was done.

The hotel as far as condition is absolutely on point it is very well maintained and looks nice. Breakfast was by far the worst in Branson. We ate the first day but every other morning we went and had breakfast elsewhere. The staff was by far the most unfriendly people I have met in my life. The gentleman that checked us in basically ignored me and my daughter when we tried to have a conversation with him. The others were not much better. So overall accomodations were great but the staff and breakfast could use some real work. Probably would not stay here again unless I was assured that things have changed.

The bathtub had a used bar of soap on it when we arrived. The room had no maid service during the 2 nights we were there. The tub spout leaked when turned off. When trying to shower, the water would not go entirely to the shower head; water came out both tub spout and shower spout at the same time. (not the volume we would expect at the shower head). The tub drained very slowly so that at completion of shower, there was a lot of standing dirty water. The sink also drained very slowly and with its broad flat bottom made it difficult to get clean. We did like the 3 queen beds and there was ample supply of wash cloths and towels, though with only 1 towel bar, little space for hanging wet cloths and towels.

We had two rooms. One room comode stopped up and they came and unstopped but DID NOT clean up the comode. Tge other room the fridge leaked and I ask to repair it but they did not stop the leak.

My room didn’t have a hairdryer, no towels. The shower rod almost fell on my head. Reported all to management and I found maintenance man to put shower rod back up My. Next trip I will not stay there. Housekeeping didn’t sweep floors.
