Stayed 11/30-12/02 the Sunday after Thanksgiving. It looked like the C team duty rotation. Poor front desk check in experience. Staff could not be bothered to make any effort. See detailed expl. In check in rating. Lots of full trash bags outside of room doors. Room 206 had the Chipped sink and thermostat that refused to be adjusted (hot or cold). Rough night. Breakfast and breakfast staff was the only bright spot on a Monday. Sure hope they retrain front desk staff to actually care. Next time, try the Marriot systems nearby or use the Hilton app and just skip the front end because they just want you to use the app anyway. 2 staff and a manager couldn’t be bothered to utter why they ignored me standing in line for 8-10 min without any sensible explanation. It takes less time to make a key via app.

The check in was very convenient & the staff was exceptional helpful. The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast buffet was superb with so many choices. The omelette bar was a bonus as well as the evening social hour. It's in a convenient location. We will be returning.

Also, there was not a hair dryer in the room as promised. I didnt have the time to wait for another one. My expectation would be Housekeeping checks these things prior to a customer checking in.

Room was cleaned, just old. Tub was worn really bad. Furniture was worn, but the indentures. Price was reasonable and expected what I saw. Heavy fragrance to mask the odors. The breakfast was above and beyond. Would I stay there again? If I had to save a penny.
