Perheesi ja lemmikkisi rakastavat tätä Peak 7 taloa, joka sijaitsee 1. 5 kilometriä pääkadulle ja 4 korttelin vapaaseen satelliitin hiihtäjään. Siinä on täysi keittiö, puulämmitteinen takka ja iso projektio-TV olohuoneessa ja kaasutakka takka-alueella. Makuuhuoneessa on Kalifornian king-size-vuode ja alakerran toisessa makuuhuoneessa king-size-meri-posturepedic-vuode. Parvella on kaksi (2) queen-size-vuodetta (toinen on Tempur-Pedic ja toinen Select Comfort). Etsi villieläimiä suurelta kannelta (hirvi on usein alas pienessä lammen takana talon takana). Jokainen nauttii allaspöydästä alakerrassa. Siinä on myös kaasugrilli kannella ja täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. First, the good, the location is well placed for access to Beck, Vail, and Other nearby ski resorts. The size and accessibility are wonderful. However, the home is very dated giving off a 1970s vibe. The lowest level bedroom had a smell that appeared to be from a septic leak. The main level bedroom mattress sunk on the right and left side to the point that one felt like they were going to fall off the bed. The adjacent en suite bathroom shower head sprayed in every direction. As a result, the walls next to the shower are crumbling away. In the kitchen, the dishwasher soap dispenser is held in place by a screw. The utensils are not complete as there are about 18 knives but only 4 spoons.

Great cozy mountain home that could accommodate the whole family

This was a great place to stay! Super cozy with its fireplace and open living space. We especially liked the giant dining table where we spent our evenings eating and playing games. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Perfect

This house is exactly as advertised. It is perfect for a family, close to town, close to free parking for a free shuttle- and you can bring your furry family members as well! Don’t expect fancy. Expect a wonderful cabin that was built by hand over the years with all of the comforts we expect but with an added bonus of intricacies. Highly recommend.

HUGE comfy place with great set up and in a cool location

We were so happy with this experience! The house is in a mountain neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown Breck. The "back yard" has a forest with a beaver pond which you can look down on, sitting on the large back deck. We sat out there and listened to birds and the wind in the trees, and we took in deep breaths of the mountain air. The house has mostly modern furniture - the dining room table is huge and so beautiful, the beds were new, the bathrooms are new, the flooring appeared new, the appliances were all new, with the exception of a 70s or 80s era microwave, which was so cool and still completely functional! There are four red chairs in the downstairs from the 70s which are super hip. The pool table could use some refelting, but it is certainly playable by this group of amateurs. I was shocked at the cost of cleaning when I made my reservation, but when we got inside the house, I understood. There are 2 and half levels, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 family rooms and they allow dogs. When we arrived, the house was immaculate and so welcoming. The levels in the house are joined by a circular staircase, so this might not be the greatest place for a family with a crawler or toddler, unless you bring a baby gate and creatively deploy it (there aren't two door frames to put it between, in other words) to block off the stairs. The deck has wire fencing which makes it a great place for a dog to hang out, without fear of it taking off into the woods. There was a grill on the deck which looked to be operable, but we didn't try it. We are a family of five, so we used all 5 beds. There are 2 beds in the upstairs loft, so we could have had two more kids and still been comfortable. I could see two couples and 4 kids residing comfortably there because both of the large bedrooms (lower level and mid-level) have a bathroom. The house is near the neighborhood road, like all the other houses in the neighborhood, but we didn't notice a lot of traffic or noise from it. It is NOT near a major road, by any means. The air conditioning worked well, though we preferred to have the windows open so we could hear nature. The TV, VCR, etc. all were in working order. The water was hot and the showers were great. We saw a deer walking near the house one evening and we kept an eye out, but never did see a moose or a bear. The property management office was very friendly and helpful.

My girlfriend and our puppy stayed here for a month working remotely and everything went very smoothly. The cabin is bigger and more spacious than the pictures look. The deck of the back is very nice to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountain. Some upkeep is required but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable. Highly recommend a stay for any time of the year.

Perfect dog-friendly ski house

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. It’s much larger than it looks. There were only two of us but the cabin could easily sleep 3 couples or a large family comfortably. You will have everything you need plus it’s super close to airport parking lot and Breckenridge Distillery!

Gem of a Place

Breckenridge is so beautiful. We are very happy with the location of the property and the accommodations upstairs and down. It snowed three inches while we were here and we watched a moose in the backyard!

Cozy perfection with our fur babies

We LOVED this cabin! The wood burning fireplace in familyroom and gas fireplace downstairs were amazing, the enclosed deck made it perfect for our dogs to potty late at night (we cleaned it up of course), comfy beds, plenty of room for us 9, 3 full bathrooms, and affordable rate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the weekend and would love to return again!
