Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. River Mountain Lodge Iowa Hill Condo is a spacious, two-level condo with a great view of the slopes from the patio; it’s perfect for groups of up to four. There’s a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack. You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.
