Staff were nice, hotel in a great position, good coffee at reception. Paid to upgrade to a courtyard room and the courtyard seating had bird poo all over it so couldn’t be used. Wouldn’t recommend doing that, but standard rooms are good.

There was no hot water in the morning to take a shower before departing on a 27 hour return trip to the US. I used the $14 credit for a sandwich, which had stale bread, and yogurt with stale cereal to add to it. Disappointing on both accounts. Will Expedia assist me in requesting a partial refund.
