We booked this hotel on Expedia (paid in full) and my husband checked us in and they charged us again for the room. We were charged twice and nobody will refund us. It’s very concerning to think that there is some sort of scamming going on with this hotel..

Rooms were not cleaned properly, tea cups and supplements not refilled and replenished. Air condition not working properly
I have stay many times, but as for this time, my room is not applied enough service. There were no toilet papers, no hand soap, no body soap and clogging washbasin in my room. It was terrible condition.
Sometimes hotels need to think about the guests who have just arrived after a long journey. There is a refreshment station with infused water in dispensers that even on day two wasn’t even topped up. Some guests have travelled from far and it would be nice to have a glass of water on arrival and nice to have at least a bottle of water in the fridge as a welcome
The hotel is nice but dated, the room lighting is extremely dim, some of the lamps didn’t turn on.
The bathroom has mildew but it is supposed to be going through renovations so who knows if they will update the rooms.
The plus side the bedding is as clean and comfortable to sleep.
The surrounding area at night is nearby restaurants and we got rudely awakened by drunks (not the hotels fault) but just beware.
Other than that, it’s a good location nearby all the main attractions but there is no parking onsite. You have to drive to it (about 6mins) but only a 3 min walk.
It’s supposed to be a four star restaurant but the customer care is 3 at best.

Was allocated a room that hadn’t been cleaned twice therefore had to return to reception multiple times to sort it out. Was eventually given a clean room which was upgraded to a superior room, however this was extremely dirty/ damaged and had a view of the roof level plant. Was given a complimentary breakfast due to the issues but the staff tried to charge us at the end of the stay. Have stayed here previously with no issues, won’t be staying here again.
This hotel is really good overall, but the reception service on the first day was very poor. We tried to ask several questions, but the person answering was unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist us. Fortunately, the check-out process was excellent.
Good location, excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. The cab ride from the train station was a cheat, although nh is very close to the station which is why I choose it, the pavement is so rough that I was worried about the wheels on my fairly heavy suitcase. Friends just stick to Uber.. And for some reason Googles maps is ineffective in Brugge, but effective in Amsterdam
We had booked two rooms for 2days. We were pleased with the facilities . We arrived at 3pm but unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes for our rooms to be ready. They had a coach party. We think that we could have been offered a drink while we waited. Other than that the service was excellent. We were impressed with the breakfast!
