if the hotel encourages pets, then maybe extra effort should be made to keep rooms clean for non pet owners. Our room had dog fur collected under the couch and floor. Perhaps returning to the old method of Non-smoking rooms .... separating Pet Rooms from others??

The room wasn't completely clean, had to wait 3 days to get clean towels, which we got at the front desk. Told housekeeping only cleans rooms every 3 days, never had the bed made or the bathroom refreshed
