Haluaisimme oppia tuntemaan sinut, joten lähetä meille viesti Kysy omistajalta -linkin avulla! ” - Brandon - Suosittelemme, että otat Sassy Peach -hengen vastaan ja kuljetat rentouttavalle saarelle. Herää ja nauti aamiaista yksityisellä kuistilla. Kävele rannoille, laiturille tai Neptune-puistoon espanjalaisten sammalta katettavien elävien tammien alla. Sinä ja ystäväsi voit nauttia roiskeista uima-altaassa. Allas voidaan lämmittää kylmempinä kuukausina lisämaksusta (lähinnä lämmityskustannuksemme). Kysy, haluatko uima-altaan lämmitettävän. Tai hirveä läheisille rannoille. Käytä illalla kävellä johonkin kylän monista hienoista ruokapaikoista tai laita kaikki työskentelemään valtavassa täysin varustetussa keittiössä ja keittäen maata Country Boilia koko klaanille! Jälkiruokahyppyä varten ja siirry Moo Cow -sarjaan, saaren parhaaseen jäätelöön, vain kivenheiton päässä. Sassy Peach -mökki yhdistää viehätysvoiman ja tilan: 5 makuuhuonetta / 5 kylpyhuonetta (joissa on kaksi isäntäsviittiä), gourmet-keittiö, uskomattoman hieno huone, johon koko perhe voi kokoontua. Siellä on myös paljon tilaa erillisille aktiviteetteille, lähetä lapset 3. tarinan sviittiin. Kolmannen kerroksen sviitissä on perhehuone, TV / jääkaappi / mikroaaltouuni / pelit. Kaikilla kolmella tasolla on yksityinen kuisti, jossa kattotuuletin. Saaren aikaa on niin helppo rentoutua, hidastaa ja haistaa atsaleat. Mikä on "Saaren aika", saatat ajatella. Saaren aika on se ainutlaatuinen silmäys ajallaan, jolloin sielusi tietää paratiisin. Tiedät, että olet jättänyt (vääjäämättä ja toistaiseksi) rottakilpailun taakse. Perfect fit!

This house was the perfect fit for our family. With 3 stories we each had a floor to ourselves which was perfect when little ones needed space for a nap, keeping bedtime routines for each family or just a little separation from the group. But it also provided a huge open kitchen & living room area for ALL of us to gather. The bonus of having a pool provided hours of fun time! The location of the house was close enough that we mostly walked to both the ocean and the pier, not to mention all the shops and restaurants along the way. We will definitely be coming back!

Mother’s Day Getaway

The property was perfect for our family size of 10. Everyone had their own personal space. We all enjoyed the openness of the living area with the kitchen, wanted to enjoy the pool but the weather wouldn’t allow it. Still had a Great time!!!!

Lovely home in walking distance to town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of room to enjoy family but also many private spaces to decompress. The home is a short walk to the beach or town, we rarely used our car after arriving. The home was very clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. The host was very accommodating when we needed to short dates due to severe weather.

Love the house, but…

It was my birthday celebration, and we had hired a chef to come in to cook for us. We literally had to wash all of the dishes because even cups had dried coffee in the bottom and put up as clean. we were appalled at the biological stains on one of the mattresses when we stripped the bed at the end of our stay, good thing we didn’t know about it before.. the location was excellent, we had friends and family renting other nearby places, but our location was the favorite. We left the house much cleaner. we cleaned the shelves, changed shelf paper and left a sets of silverware, be it cheap, in case anyone else has a dinner party. I just think they need to hire someone different to clean for them.

Friends weekend getaway

Our group of longtime friends chose the Sassy Peach Cottage as our destination this fall. The property was so well situated within the village, and it fit all of us with ease. We had three young children with us, and they absolutely loved the pool, the games and puzzles available for us to use, and the spiral staircase! If we return to St. Simon's in the future, we'll return to the Sassy Peach as well.

Celebration! Making new memories.

We were not sure what to expect with the hurricane that had just went through. Brandon let us know that they had no power and was not sure when it would be back on. The whole island was without power. We decided that we would make the best of it. We had 11 adults in our family group. It was hot when we arrived. Went to the ocean and enjoyed the cool breeze and water. Brandon had dropped off flash lights and a case of water and a had a cooler for us. Very thoughtful. We were very fortunate the power was back on by Sunday. Gave us a better appreciation for air conditioning. Our week at the Sassy Peach was great. The location to the beach, pier, shopping was all within walking distance. We rented a of golf cart which was a great idea for our large group to be able to go about anywhere we needed. This house fit all of us well plenty of room to spread out and to gather. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to SSI. Our family loved the house and the pool. The location was close to the beach and the Village. The host was extremely thoughtful and attentive. Fun pool and great location

Loved the pool, it’s so nice that there is shade so much of the day. Easy walk to the beach and village. A few updates and repairs would make this a five star rental.

Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms

We loved our stay! Communication with owner was so fast! They were quick to fix any issues. We loved all of the bedrooms and the pool was amazing! We can’t wait to come back next year. One issue we noticed was a massive stain on our mattress in upstairs king bedroom (old pee possibly?) and the shower curtains were all moldy. However new curtains were brought over very quickly! Would love to see more hooks in the bathrooms and more clothing storage in the king bedroom second floor. Some minor maintenance on things like loose hooks and other fixtures would be good too. We totally understand that because of this rentals popularity, it gets back to back bookings so it’s usually always occupied! Overall, this was a great place and awesome location and we look forward to coming next summer.

We loved Sassy Peach !

This was our first time visiting St.Simons Island and Kaiti the owner was SO helpful. I’m sure I drove her crazy with all of my several questions but she was always SO nice and answered all of my questions and said I wasn’t bugging her, she’s just too sweet!! Our house was perfect for our family! The third floor was wonderful for my niece and her family, they kept calling it their little apartment. The house was very clean and the pool was so nice !! I’ve rented several houses with VRBO and Kaiti and Brandon were, by far, the nicest and easiest to deal with !! We will definitely rent this house again!!
