Very disappointed in the lounge, understaffed. Busy night but over an hour plus wait for a bowl of soup. We left to go to another restaurant but the Westin stilled charged us for the soup we never received. Will not stay again. Expected better from a Westin hotel.

Super clean rooms, staff was wonderful. Restaurants and bar had really good food and drinks. Walking distance to all the shops, bike and beach chairs included with resort fee.This is a dog friendly hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here, definitely will book again.

Initially we were put in a room with a terrible view. The hotel was not full so we asked to switch rooms. Michael at the front desk was quick to accommodate. He upgraded us to a stunning room overlooking the ocean with a balcony. The Westin saved their reputation for consistent quality and we will remain loyal customers. The hotel itself is lovely with easy access to the oceanfront and the village. We would definitely recommend it.
