Avevamo scelto questa struttura,ma per un errore di Expedia o del proprietario di Opera theater ci hanno mandato in Muzeum Appartament; struttura sporca,materassi macchiati di sangue e cose" analoghe",bagno molto sporco,lenzuola con capelli e probabilmente neppure cambiate,asciugamani indecenti,polvere dovunque.Siamo arrivati il 26 di dicembre ho telefonato subito ad Expedia,ma nessuna assistenza perché erano chiusi.Incredibile che Expedia non dia assistenza anche nei giorni festivi.Il 27 dice dopo avere dormito nella struttura Muzeum ho telefonato ad Expedia,ma dopo avere perso moltissimo tempo,l' incaricato di Expedia mi ha risposto che non poteva cambiarmi l' appartamento perché chi gestisce la" appartamento Muzeum non era disposto all"imborso.L' incaricato di Expedia ci ha detto che faceva pulire la"appartamento Muzeum dal proprietario quella mattina,ma quando siamo tornati nell'" appartamento non era stato pulito e tutto era come prima.Siccome ero con la mia famiglia non avevo più tempo da perdere con 8ncaricati di Expedia poco efficienti e siamo rimasti fino al 30 dicembre in questa struttura sporchissima
