The staff was friendly. There was plenty of space for free parking. The room was clean. My biggest complaint was that the mattresses were really hard and the sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. The room could use some updating. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights, but would be tough to stay on those beds much longer than that.

It was great! Although, our “do not disturb” tag went missing after the first day and staff entered the room. I’m not sure if someone took it but I would’ve preferred if staff didn’t enter the room. Everything else was great and we love coming here when visiting LA

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Extremely disparagingly concerning slow checkout process. 45 people in the lobby and they kept coming. One staff member who I’m not joking literally checked in three people in an hour and 15 minutes we timed it. I think he shut down from the stress or something and when I spoke with him in the next day as nice as he is, I think there might be some type of learning disorder because like it made no sense rooms were disgusting. The room was disgusting. There was a gigantic wide of hair wrapped around the drain mechanism. It was so violent in the bathroom. I didn’t even wanna shower. I checked the bed just to make sure there weren’t bedbugs. It was that gross and the.

The room was okay, the staff was courteous. But the surrounding area didn’t feel safe. Homeless in the parking lot, and sketchy people around. We saw great reviews because it was close to Disney but I wouldn’t say it felt safe at all. I probably wouldn’t return to this location simply for the surrounding environment.
