Very pleasant stay

Room was really nice. Spacious and comfy. Pool and hot tub were great! I enjoyed that very much. Lots of options for breakfast including waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs, sausages, juice, coffee, fruit. So nice to have that available in the morning. The area isn't the best and it's a bit of a walk to the C-train but overall very pleasant stay.

Mixed feelings about the front desk woman

Front desk Philippino woman wasn’t friendly upon check in, however, later during the stay she warmed up to us. Not sure what she was thinking but showing unfriendly unkind attitude on her face isn’t the best way to make guests feel welcomed at the hotel. Hope this review will help her in her job as part of the front desk group, welcoming guests during check-ins.

The hotel is in a good location for downtown and Chinook Mall. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We saw no staff and no one actually explained what had happened. The breakfast was average and the room was unbearably hot. Not likely to stay here again as there are better and cheaper options out there.

Stay was good. Rooms are dark, there was only one USB charging port. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and staff kept up with demand and they were friendly. The breakfast room area was stifling HOT everyone sitting there was complaining how hot it was in there.

It was close to downtown and included breakfast and parking. The area around the property is somewhat industrial. If you are looking for scenic this is not the place. If you are looking for good value close to downtown this is a good choice. The breakfast was decent.
