The beach wasn’t private, it was all mixed up and not safe at all since it was shared by other people. Food was terrible, it’s either uncooked food or over cooked, not enough food choices, reservations are not even worth it.

Good for the price but some inconveniences. The bad: mouldy smell in the bedroom and hallway, self service restaurants are not clean at all, tours sold at the hotel lobby. The good: beach location, views, pool, kids activities.

This was a great resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it was very clean, the room was great, food was awesome, the waterpark was awesome for my son. I have zero complaints, as a matter of fact we have rebooked to come back in the spring!

Amazing room, beautiful view, daily throughout cleaning. All the staff were so nice and friendly. The entertainment was really good and a lot of variety. The buffet is small compared to other resorts but the quality of the food was good and loved the selection of Mexican food. The beach is nice and there are plenty of chairs for sll the customers. The pool is super nice and the snacks and bar very convenient. No issues to book the specialty restaurants. We also booked an outing at the hotel and it was fantastic. Overall great experience.

We didn’t have a good experience and will not go back to this resort. The only positive thing out of the whole stay was the staff. Resort, if you could call it that is small. All the shows they have planned throughout the week happen inside of the lobby area. Idk if you’ve ever been in a normal resort which always has a dedicated area for performances, but this one does not. The pool is a long rectangular that has a small shallow area, which is ok for kids but it’s not a dedicated kids pool. The water park is not great either, especially the smaller kids one. When you go down the slide you basically fall on your butt on a concrete with shallow water. My kids went down once and said it hurts too much. Food choices were not much better, I can’t say I enjoyed anything other than breakfast, but how hard is it to make egg omelet and bacon? We haven’t had a chance to visit the steakhouse restaurant bc they were booked the 3 nights we were there. We visited Italian and Mediterranean which were ok but nothing to rave about. The weather was bad as well with rain and strong wind the entire time we were there, I know that’s not the resorts fault and I’m not blaming it on them, but there was nothing to keep people entertained. My suggestion is look for something else to book. There’s plenty of resorts to choose from. Hope this helps. I’d like to mention Yulissa, Oscar and Ivan out of the staff, but like I said all the workers were super nice and helpful

The rooms smell musty, maybe mold? The entire hotel except the reception area and bar had an overpowering musty smell. They placed plugged in air fresheners in the reception area to mask the smell. Staff were very friendly and polite! The food selection was better than most hotels. The entertainment was lacking.

Rooms were great and spacious. Service was great from majority of the staff. Food was underwhelming because of only 2 restaurants which means the buffet should’ve been bigger but no the buffet was one of the smallest I’ve ever seen. The waterpark was great for the kids and adults. The pool was also great for kids as it has a shallow section. The beach on the north side of the strip is more of a bay so it’s calm without any waves (good for kids but not good if you’re looking for waves).

Good was awful, buffet is small, Italian restaurant was almost inedible. After our reservation we had to go to the buffet to eat because we couldn’t eat any of the dishes we ordered. Staff is very rude, we never felt like we were on an all inclusive because there were so many limitations. Bar doesn't open until after 11, breakfast doesn’t start until after 7, at one point during the day there is nothing to snack on. The hotel is WAYYY understaffed making the employees bitter. Bad hotel management altogether. There were only 2 elevators and 1 was broken the entire week we were there. Stairwell was unsafe to walk up and down, very damp and slippery. The only reason I’m not giving this 0 stars is because the beach was nice and the cleaning ladies were very helpful and nice as well. Even the shows were subpar. You also are told to return beach and pool towels or you will be charged but they don’t charge you, they use scare tactics to get you to return towels because they don’t have a towel service. Never truly felt welcomed. For sure will stay at a different hotel in the future, this was our first Cancun experience and we were so disappointed.
