It was an amazing stay - adults only - a great apartment- wonderful staff (every single one of whom were friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful) and a fab location - not immediately on a beach - but a lovely hotel pool If I am ever in Cancun again I WILL return - can’t recommend highly enough

Staff are all great and very helpful- especially reception and Abigail. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and we loved the location, very peaceful but easy to reach downtown Cancun. Highly recommend the great property and would definitely stay again, Pool area is love and views fantastic. Great value too.

This is a great hotel! Abigail and Monserat at reception are fantastic -rooms are spacious and comfortable and. So well cleaned by the great staff! Breakfast is also great and Diego was excellent. The bar overlooking the lagoon is perfect and the cocktails are amazing- try the Ron Punch. So pleased we chose to stay here, you can reach the main area of Cancun and beach easily via bus or Uber. Such a beautiful place and the pool area is fantastic too.

They were painting in the unit next to me my whole stay. They did not give me the option to move. My roof was leaking in the bathroom of unit #133. They did not try to rectify the situation. The desk clerk Adrian had an attitude with me while explaining my situation. I did not have a pleasant stay.

I'm so glad to have found this hotel! A small, quiet hotel located on a residential street only a 5 minute drive from restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and peaceful (adults only!). I highly recommend this hotel.

If they had 10 stars I would give it. The property is gorgeous, well maintained, rooms kept up & super clean, most comfortable beds ever. Location is quiet, near dental clinics if needed, hotel zone, markets. The pool is spectacular, no screaming kids, people from all over the world. I am an older senior who traveled alone and was worried but I felt so safe here. The room was very secure, there is a safe in the room for your passport/cash and the Owner lives on the premises, 24 hour office. Then there is the staff; I’ve never seen such kindness. We aren’t talking just professional formality but being treated as family. From the front desk (Maria and Adrian) to the manager (Lupita) to the housekeeping and wait staff. These people are the kindest, most patient & want to do everything they can to make your stay perfect. And the Owner, George, is such an incredible kind soul, I looked forward to seeing him every day, the most interesting man too. He went out of his way to make sure I got coffee every am, to even getting peanut butter left in my room as I mentioned I liked that for breakfast because of dental issues in conversation never expecting anything from it. Just a couple of many wonderful things about the owner. I will always come back here and I was never so sad to leave, I cried because not only did I leave a beautiful place but I felt like I was leaving a new family who adopted me. I’ve stayed at gorgeous hotels around the U.S and Paris but this was up there in my top

This hotel is perfect if you're looking to stay off the main hotel strip and enjoy a more laid back/peaceful vibe. It's not a huge place and it's not fancy if that's what you're looking for. However, it's clean, the staff is absolutely amazing, and the pool and grounds are very well kept. It was right down the road from all of the action without having to be in the middle of it at the same time. If you want a cozy spot for you and your significant other without spending a small fortune, this is the place. Very good people, go see for yourself! :)

Clean room, spacious - if you get the Jr Suite, it has a separate living/dining room and a galley kitchen with full sz fridge/freezer. Beautiful walkways lead you to the pool, lagoon, and dockside bar. Very quiet & peaceful setting - perfect if you are in Cancun for a relaxing vacation. Not a party hotel - go elsewhere if that is what you are looking for. Adults only, no children running or screaming. Front desk staff friendly, helpful, and speak good english. Also - I used Uber to get around (not expensive here), but the cancun public bus picks up 2 blocks away on the main road. Loved it here - I'll be back!

Clean and quiet

All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Place was very clean and quiet. Unfortunately you jave to deal with Mexico water, but that's not the hotels fault. And I kinda wish they had washcloths. But for peaceful relaxation, this place was safe and worked out perfectly
