The manager at Onomo was amazing, flexible and genuinely supportive. Most of the staff were also super helpful especially with our bags. We also chose the hotel because we wanted to take photos and the set up onlime made us choose the hotel for our anniversary shoot. When we arrived, the set up was different and we were disappointed but the manager and facilities stepped in. We are so grateful. The hotel is unique and it is in a great location with close proximity to the waterfront, Noble Sq. and many other restaurants and activities.
It was also very easy to get uber rides to and from the location.
The few downsides:
1. They only offer 2 bottles of water when you arrive, and after that you have to pay. We were there for 4 nights!
2. The breakfast was included, which is great but choices were a bit subpar. My husband and I travel a lot and this would be bottom of the lost in terms of spread and options.
3. We left the room in the afternoon and asked for cleaning but when we came back, it was not cleaned. We asked for them to clean and it and staff staff still left a dirty plate and no tissue after cleaning.
