Tilava 2. kerroksen kotimme on ihanteellinen 6-8 vieraan ryhmille (ilmapatja voidaan toimittaa pyynnöstä ylimääräiselle vieraalle tai 2) 3 makuuhuoneella, 3 täydellä kylpyä. Tulossa olevien & Cannon-katujen kulmassa sijaitseva sijainti ja pysäköinti eivät ole ongelma täällä!
Kiinteistölle on omat sisäänkäynnit / uloskäynnit ja ylöspäin (sisäpuoliset) portaat. Niissä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, joka mahtuu sekä ruokasali- että oleskelutilaan, joten se sopii erinomaisesti ryhmille, jotka haluavat viettää aikaa yhdessä tai nauttia aterian. Aamiaisbaari, jossa 3 paikkaa ja olohuone, jossa korkeat holvikatot.

This was my second stay at this VRBO. Great location for walking to sites and parking was a bonus. It was wonderful to have three bedrooms with three bathrooms for a girl’s getaway. Bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. I will be back to enjoy the city of Charleston.

This property needs some repainting and some furniture needs reupholstering. We had some issues with non-working doors and ventilation in bathroom but the management company was extremely responsive with all issues. It's a neighborhood that is being renovated and rebuilt so there is some construction around but nothing that really interfered with our stay. It was still nice to sit on the porch because the hours when we sat there construction was over. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spotless. Parking really is for smaller cars as others have noted. Great coffee shops around as well as restaurants. Short walk to transit even though we ended up doing Uber more than the transit system because of time.

This immaculate unit was exactly what we wanted. Well equipped and the balcony was a wonderful place for morning coffee. It is in a nice neighborhood and the beds were comfortable. The parking on site is perfect for all but the largest of vehicles. A full size truck or suv is tight.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald House. The host responded immediately to all of our requests. The house was clean and well supplied. The only difficulty during our stay was the parking. It was very tight but our cars did fit. We were happy to have free parking. I would highly recommend the house to others!

Although Emerald House was in a good location, some of the issues we encountered outweighed the location. Our stay was from Sunday afternoon until Thursday morning (during a hot August). Sunday evening, we discovered that the refrigerator was not working, therefore our food and drinks weren't cooled and there was no ice. We also discovered that the air conditioning was not cooling the upstairs of the unit (living room, kitchen, and master bedroom/bath). The two bedrooms downstairs were cool enough, but the upstairs master bedroom was too hot to sleep in. We reported these issues to Sleep Duvet Monday morning, but the air conditioning was not repaired until Wednesday afternoon before our departure on Thursday morning. The master bedroom was still too hot to sleep in on Wednesday night. We were unable to use the master bedroom our entire stay. On Monday, they brought in a small mini refrigerator. After the amount that we paid for this unit, we were disappointed not to have proper air conditioning or a full sized refrigerator.The rugs in the downstairs bedroom on the left curl up and pose a tripping hazard. The rug in the other downstairs bedroom blocked the opening and closing of the door. On the positive side, there is a nice-sized balcony off the living room/kitchen area. However, one of the railings was loose at the bottom and could be dangerous.The kitchen was conveniently laid out with a nice bar area, and there is a stacked washer and dryer set

In town for a wedding. House was in walking distance to a huge number of shopping and food or a quick 10 uber ride. Funny but important things that really stood out were comfy beds,lots of hot water for showers and excellent working air-conditioning

It really brought comfort to our long hospital stay. Please realize the living quarters are upstairs prior booking. We had some folks that struggled with the stairs since they had to use them daily. The host was amazing and very responsive.

We had a very nice stay at house however there are some issues that need to be addressed.1. Multiple cups and bowls have chip2. Freezer and ice dispenser not working well. Our ice cream was liquid3. Bedroom to the left on first floor has curled Carpet which causes some tripping issues4. Only 1 TV for entire house?????5. Master bedroom lampshade is broken6. Bedroom on right has a broken toilet paper holder7. Loving room could use an extra arm chair

Great spot!

We really enjoyed this rental house! It was perfect for us, enough room for 6 adults. Beds were so comfy! I will say to pack your sleep masks for the night, when there are outside lights that do not turn off, AND when the morning sun is out. Location was great, we just walked to the corner for our breakfast bagels and coffees.

Very nice accommodations

If you would like to be within walking distance to King Street and many different stores and restaurants, this is a great place to stay. Short drive to everywhere else in Charleston. Very clean and well stocked. The beds in each room are very big so it can hold quite a few people comfortably. One thing to note, we only had one vehicle (a Toyota 4 Runner) and were just barely able to get into one of the parking areas for this VRBO. It's a very tight squeeze. We couldn't get into the other designated parking area. A compact car would be best. Nothing larger than a mid-sized SUV will fit.

Fantastic location

This is an excellent property, well appointed and it is extremely convenient to downtown and wharf side Charleston. You can walk to most all the main sights if you can handle 1.5 to 2 mile walk at the furthest. On the other hand, Lyft etc is very inexpensive since it is so close. A third option is the local "DASH" free bus service. Awesome house, plenty of room, everything works as it should. Would definitely stay there in the future.

Very clean and well appointed VRBO. More hand towels would have been nice in the bathrooms. Be sure to explore the area around the house, there are fun restaurants, fancy restaurants and a bagel place so close by!!! They don’t always show up on GoogleMaps… parking is very tight with our minivan, bell stressful getting it parked and going down the driveway. It wasn’t worth us renting a car, we Uberd most of the time due to limited parking in Charleston.

Lovely Stay for Family Graduation Trip

We loved our stay at Emerald House. Great location in downtown and so walkable which is a priority for us. Loved that we were able to park two cars at our property. Everything in the house was as advertised and as expected.

Emerald House

We were a group of 4 friends traveling together. Our stay at the Emerald House was wonderful! The property was very attractive and clean. We loved having breakfast on the piazza every morning! The check in and out was seamless. The property manager kept in contact to make sure all was going well and very timely with answers to any questions we had.Great location to walk to numerous restaurants as well as using the local shuttle transportation to any of the Charleston sites.As the owners note, parking is very tight on the property. You have 2 designated parking spaces under the property. Street parking is limited but there is a parking garage fairly close. We parked our cars and walked or used local transportation.Our group was already talking about coming back before we even left!

Great location and nice place in carriage house at back of property all to ourselves. Parking was a little tight, but manageable. Loved the smell of jasmine on the deck as we drank our morning coffee. Easy walk to King street and all of the sites

Great Location! Very Quiet

Great location and a bit off of the main roads so it was very quiet. Clean overall. The two chairs in the living area need to be cleaned or replaced and the shower curtain liner in the upstairs bathroom also needed to be cleaned or replaced. The kitchen was great! The property manager was very quick to respond to all questions. Overall, it was a great stay
