A/C was down. We laid there sweating and sweating trying to figure out how to get it to work. We called the front desk and the manager said that it was out on the entire floor but they thought we were not home so no one went to tell us. We packed up and moved to the other floor only to have a dead key card. Went down to the front desk again and she tried to blame us for the issue saying that we probably put it next to our cellphone and blanked it out. Gorgeous property and great food. But not getting notified of a facility issue is ridiculous

Embassy Suites Charlotte Ayrsley was a great stay! We were in town for our family reunion and it was a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the complimentary evening reception but we wished there were better snack options for it.

Great stay inconsiderate lazy guest

The hotel stay was very good, I would like to see a dress policy for breakfast, no pajamas, no night wear. This is a public restaurant not your home or bedroom, if someone wants to eat in their pajamas they should do it in the privacy of their room, the other patrons should not be subjected to seeing one who are inappropriately dressed. Also people need to be responsible and clean up after themselves and not leave breakfast dishes all over the happy hour tables.
