the room was clean, that’s a plus. but this is a tired place. check in was a nightmare - one person working and the couple in front of us was having the front desk person go through some unknown situation that lest us standing second in line for a solid 20minutes. and the couple in front of us eventually had to stand aside (unresolved). ni thank you is all i can say to the whole mess

No sleep at all! Do not stay here!

Various alarms were going off for hours and the manager would not tell us what was happening, how long the alarms would be going off, or if the room would be refunded. We had small children who needed sleep!

Worth it!!

Amazing as always. This was out second time staying at this hotel on our to or from Virginia. Staff is friendly and we loved that they had a hot cocoa bar for the kids. Will be back on our next trip north.
