Great place to stay. Great location in Ballantyne with several places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly and everything was pretty clean. Not real complaints at all. Would stay here again.

The surfaces in my room were sticky- not cleaned. The pool was too hot and hot tub too cool. There was a sexual offender that entered the hotel as I was coming in at 9:00pm. Security had to chase him. There was no syrup at breakfast an hour before the breakfast hour ended. I was overall disappointed
