The staff here were very kind and accommodating. Transportation to and from the airport was included, easy and quick to schedule. We had a few hours after checkout till our next flight, we walked to stores and food areas which was within walking distance. The scenery is beautiful, surrounded by forest. The planes flying above us, you couldn't hear when inside the hotel. Very clean and affordable, we enjoyed it.

The staff was fantastic, from the shuttle pick up from the airport, to Latisha checking us in, to the shuttle ride back to the airport. The place was clean and quiet. Location was great. The only reason I am not giving this place a 5 is due to the very uncomfortable beds and super flat pillows. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

Got stuck in Charlotte due to weather. I found this gem of a hotel and I felt so lucky. Huge room, comfy bed!, very clean. I missed breakfast but the front desk attendant made coffee since it was too early for breakfast! Very nice. Lakesha at the desk welcomed me and made sure the shuttle came to the airport. What a relief!! Ty to all.

Wingate by Wyndham offers great value at an affordable price. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that the free shuttle vans arrived quickly and on time with courteous drivers. I would certainly stay at the hotel again.
