Disappointed stay

I choose this hotel because the reviews were good and I'm on a budget. But my experience was terrible. My key didn't work so i had to call them to open my door every time. The bed is uncomfortable i think its broken. Its an extended stay but extra cost for dinner ware and cookware. No iron or boards are provided. You have to borrow with id. The only accommodation i got was early check in in exchange for a review. But I can't wait to leave after the first day. Save yourself the headache and pay the extra cost for a real hotel!

Awesome staff and it’s in a great location near Charlotte motor speedway, the room was clean and so was the bathroom- except for a few dead roaches which is understandable… awesome value and I will be staying here again

I am 73 yo, & travelled substantially. But this one topped it out. Things that were wrong are so many, that I don’t know where to start. Outside the entrance & inside next to front desk, people were hanging out. Non smoking at the entrance apparently being ignored with cigarette butts all over. Elevator out of work. Our room: covers for electrical switches & outlet missing which is hazardous. One can get electrocuted. Room widow would not lock & window cracked. No telephone, clock radio, or wall hangings. Apparently they were removed since you could see their empty space. Smell of Cigarettes, & MJ all over the building. This property been ignored for sometimes & apparently not inspected by authorities for safety & building code violations. Pictures available. Breakfast is included, but you must see it to believe. Words cannot describe.

It's ok, good value

Great check in, front desk was awesome, super friendly and happy. Room was ok, no pots or pans silverware, ice, extra blanket. Cleanliness was ok, room was ok. Bed was fine for what I paid. Location was nice, close to Walmart and top golf etc.

There were 6 live roaches in my room and 1 dead one, all found within 5 minutes. They were crawling everywhere. Not one staff member even offered a refund. I asked for one and they just say “I’ll see what I can do.” Worst experience I’ve ever had, I literally slept in my car, didn’t even sleep in the room, and I told them this, and I wasn’t offered a refund. Only good thing was nobody bothered me while I slept in my car. So if u want a safe place to sleep in your car, I guess this place works, other than that it’s not worth a penny.
