Would only allow me to stay more than 7 days that is their policy. Put me in a non accessable room had to get maintenance to come and plug the phone back into the wall the outlet was directly behind the bed and the tv got all the channels except for the CBS station and wht en I brought it to their attention they had no idea on how to fix it. I decided to stay just 2 nights and asked them for a late check out ( which is in a their website as a free amenity for 1 pm they said that they could not do that and when I brought it to their attention that it was on their website they decided to give me a 12 PM check out.

I stayed here recently and I’m thoroughly disappointed. The hallways smelled horribly like propane, which is not only unpleasant but raises safety concerns. The vending machines were privately owned, so if there was an error or issue, management couldn’t help you—very frustrating when you’re trying to grab a quick snack or drink. The pool and gym were both down for construction, which would have been acceptable if it had been disclosed beforehand, but it felt like a bait-and-switch. The dresser in our room was broken at the drawer, making it hard to store anything. The bathtub had no drain stopper, so I couldn’t give my child a proper bath. Overall, this location is a place you’d take a shower, get out, and still feel dirty.

The whole place, including the parking lot, was either dirty, covered in trash, or somehow broken. Leftover hair on towels, sinks missing drain plugs but still clogging up, mold on bathroom items.

I had requested early check-in ; however, was not able to check in until almost 2:00. I was informed at check-in that Breakfast was served until 9:30; however, it was taken up at 9:00!! Another guest verified she had been told the same information. The WORST part, however, was the fact that I had to contact the front desk FOUR (4) times during my 5 day stay, to have my keyS reprogrammed because they failed to work!! BOTH KEYS I was issued!! That should NEVER happen. SUPER inconvenient!!😡
