Todd is great and easy to get a hold of. He communicated with me before and through the stay, easy self check in, hotel located downtown with great location, rooms are equipped with everything you need and has an old style feel that reminds you we are in Charlottetown. Back desk is beautiful, parking is perfect. There was a big storm and he couldn’t get to the hotel to plow us out so he called and offered a comp night. Got to us in the afternoon, which really was quicker than I thought. Exceptional service and very clean rooms. Will def be back. Thanks Todd 👏

We didn’t enjoy having to go through a cloud of second hand smoke caused by a couple of people smoking right outside the front door every time we went in or out.
