The room was clean and comfortable, and the checkin staff was friendly. There was a small issue with a " fire alarm" that occurred at 1 am. Evidently, no staff was available to turn off the alarm, and the fire dept. actually responded and turned off the alarms. Not a happy event to wake up guests at that hour for a test and have no staff present. A daytime test would serve better, maybe.

Limited to no hot water!! We decided to stay two nights for a wrestling tournament despite only living in Knoxville and each night the water was so cool to lukewarm it was almost unbearable. I wish we would have just made the drive home instead of paying hundreds of dollars to stay here.

My wife and I stayed for two nights at Comfort Inn, Chattanooga. It was the best stay we have had over the last 2or 3 years. The hotel, from the front door to our room, was immaculate. A pet peeve of mine is how the hallway carpeting looks, telling me a lot about their cleaning habits. The carpeting was in excellent condition, bright and cheerful. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Our room was awesome. If I rated it one to ten, I would give it an eleven.
