It was the worst experience. I didn’t even stay more than 2 mins and I checked it. The towels was dirty, one of the towels had a blood stain,the bed sheets was dirty, the shower had mold in it. They don’t do refunds.

Gary was wonderful. Everything else was the worst experience of our lives. The room was disgusting. The heater did not work in thirty degree weather. We paid for two days and had a woman at the front desk try to make us leave after the first day. A man opened our door without knocking to tell us to leave on the first day. The only good staff member was Gary.

The room was dirty, the floor was sticky, the sheets were stained. I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets and the employee refused to give me a different set of sheets saying the ones on the bed were clean. Loud drunk people walking outside the room all night, including the police knocking on the door. I would rather sleep outside then ever consider staying here again.
