I would have given an overall better rating, however, on our second night, Friday, there was an event that was so loud, that we heard it blasting on the 10th floor for hours. Called the front desk but of course they couldn't do anything. Very annoying! No compensation!

great location, i hope they don’t get rid of the chandelier like they are planning to. It’s beautiful. No issues with check in or out. Overall great place, river view was amazing. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.
