The room was nice. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and tasted good. The area around the hotel was nice and had plenty of options for dining. The drive into downtown Chicago wasn't bad.

The shower sliding door had a loud screeching sound every time your opened or closed it. The elevator was not working I had to go down 3 flights of stairs with my luggage.
