the property is loated in shuch a place, that a 2025 navigation couldn't find it. it was a real pain findind the property our bed were not made, towels were not in the bathroom, they only have ice on some floors i wouldn't go back but there aren't very many choices in that part of greater Chicago reception desk is nothing i would brag about

I wanted to stay in Chicago. I needed a car for transportation. Unfortunately the parking in Chicago hotels was for a high fee unless you take a room in a hotel and the suburbs of Chicago and that's what I did. The hotel was on the highway and the parking was free. There was no breakfast and that was a negative. There wasn't enough coffee in the morning for the residents. But with all honesty the hotel is clean and the rooms are well equipped. For what I paid, the hotel was worth it. If I have to do it again I will do the same thing. Rent a car , find a hotel with a free parking and enjoy my stay.

Booked location as convenient to what we were doing and being close to family. Not much is walkable as in a business park area on busy road. Advise to consider this. Found breakfast to be pricey, entree comes with no frills. $12 for an omelet no potatoes, meat or toast to accompany it was srrange.

Very, very ordinary. No vending machines: no pool; available food quite limited. Worst of all is poor exterior lighting. Access road is narrow, unlit. no exterior lighting alerting customers to its location. Even the sign above the canopy is unlit. Multiple other sites are more desirable.

TV's may not work, Perfect Customer Service, Peace

I had an issue with my room, and I asked to be moved. The hotel attendant was understanding, professional and efficient. She understood my concerns, and she showed me a new room. She asked, "how is this one", I approved and was settled in the new room in less than 10 minutes. I still had an issue with the TV which is why I don't give it a perfect score, but the rooms were clean, the area is peaceful, I like the aesthetic, and OfCourse, the customer service was great!
