Room was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Housekeeping was terrible—out of 6 day stay they failed to service the room 2 days, not making up the room, cleaning the bathroom, taking out the trash, or providing clean towels. Once was bad, but doing this a second time after we raised the issue was completely unacceptable.

Staff has been phenomenal. I had to extend my stay due to weather. The wonderful ladies at the desk were incredibly helpful. Another gentleman ended up walking with me to my car to clean the snow off. Rooms were well kept, hallways were clean, and I always felt safe. I will absolutely be back!
