Like: the location, the staff was great Dislike: the room was very small. Housekeeping was slow. We come back to room in the afternoon and the bed was not made yet. They had only taken the dirty towels and had not replaced yet - had to go and ask for them and then told them no need to make the bed now and that was okay with us.

Had to wait with no one available about ten minutes at check in. Reservation was for 4 people but only 2 towels in room. Sink had no stopper in sink. Second night had ants in bed Management said at first we were to blame for having food in the room did finally give another room. Carpets were very dirty as I walked around in the room after taking a shower without shoes and the bottom of my feet were black also room had a musty smell covered up with a lot of room deodorant

There were only housekeepers present on property at the 3pm check in time. I was told I'd have to wait 20-30 minutes for the owner to return. They figured out how to get me a room. The 1st room had a refrigerator that was warm. They moved me to the first floor. That room had a giant wet spot on the floor that when I accidentally stepped on it, water squished over my toes. The THIRD room they gave me was dirty and smelled awful. A combonation of mildew and a urinal cake. It was so bad that it kept me from sleeping most of the night. The stress from beginning to end of this stay was a blight on what should have been a wonderful trip to the beach.

Basic and OK

Very basic hotel with acceptable rooms and pool. Weirdly cheap about the little stuff like breakfast and pool towels... the token few items run out and the manager seems put out and grudgingly responds when a reasonable request comes their way.

The property was fine for our two night stay and the price was reasonable. Only the front of the building had a handicap ramp and parking was in the back. The reasonable price got less so when they charged us $100 dollars for some blood on the sheet.
