Vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannoilta Chippewa Lake, Ohio suurin luonnollinen järvi, Brookshore Mökki on sekä tilava ja viihtyisä. Rakennettu kesämökki perheen retriittejä, laajennus ja peruskorjaus ovat tehneet ilo nykypäivän matkailijoille. Mukava nukkua jopa 12, on 2 makuuhuonetta (yksi kuningas ja yksi kuningatar) ja kylpyamme pääkerroksessa. Kukin näistä huoneessa on tv. Toisessa kerroksessa tarjoaa lisää nukkunut 8 ja toinen täysi kylpyamme. Handy ensimmäisessä kerroksessa pyykkiä. Tärkein alue käsittää 60. Iso tv olohuoneessa, keittiö, iso ruokailutila ja biljardipöytä. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet ovat myös saatavilla. Pihalla on varjoisa piha suuret Leikkisetti lapsille ja kannelle kaasugrilli. Ulkokalusteet on säädetty oleskelu. Järvi on lyhyt matka ja tarjoaa virkistystä sekä upea auringonnousua. Uida, vene, kala, tai vain rentoutua! Uusi julkistus ramppi tekee helpon pääsyn veteen jos tuo veneen tai vesiskoottereita. Ei ole hevosvoimat rajaa Chippewa Lake.

Wonderfully close to the beach and community center

A lovely older home, with the attic punched out to provide additional sleeping and two full baths. We didn't bring kids, but the swing set and close proximity to the large neighborhood playground would be great if you bring the whole family.

Early Thanksgiving Get Together

We stayed at this Chippewa Lake house in early November, as an early Thanksgiving get-together. Our family was raised in Medina and has scattered throughout the country over the years so this house served as an ideal middle ground. The place was comfortable and had plenty of room for our group of 8 people. There was a short walk to the lake, which is quite picturesque and offered us our morning and evening exercise. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had plenty of table space to enjoy the meal together. The kitchen and bath rooms were well-stocked with plentiful sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep (except for measuring cups and measuring spoons). We had a minor issue at check in but the owner was very responsive and accommodating. We had some trouble getting the TV in the living room to access some of our channels. Both were small issues and the owner responded promptly to our questions. All in all, a good stay. Enjoyed getting the family together. We'd rent this place again.

Great location and family friendly!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect close to nearby park and lake. Lots of extras for families and kids which was super helpful. Little swingset was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Coming Home

198 Brookshore is a place we've stayed several times. It's in a great locatiion in beautiful Chippewa Lake. Neighbors are nice. You are in walking distance of the Village Inn (for good food and a cold Guinness), the Chippewa Beverage store (for lunch meat, beer, ice cream cones, etc.), the Oaks Lakeside (for music and fine dining) and, of course, Ohio's largest natural lake!

We stayed at the cottage while attending a family Reunion at the lodge on the other side of the lake. Chippawa is a very nice lake with lots to do. The cottage located close to the lake.

Beautiful cottage stay

Plenty of room for the family and the owners had plenty of items to entertain all ages. We didn't have time to use most of them as we were there for my son's wedding. Loved the house and would recommend it.

Cozy cottage stay

Stayed here with 7 adults. We were going to have 10 -12 but that would not have been comfortable for more than 8 adults. Host let us know that the twin/ trundle had been broken by previous guest but the 2 low twin mattresses in the loft would have been ok for chlildren or someone that didnt need privacy. It had not been thoroughly cleaned, that's why I gave a 3.

Beautiful property for large property

Wow what a gorgeous property! We are a very large inter generational family, and this house suited us perfectly. The boys LOVED the hideaway upstairs. The girls loved the privacy of the additional bedroom. Everything worked, everything was clean. The pool table was such fun! We would definitely stay here again if we visit the region again.

Great Family Friendly Cottage

We loved that the property and area were family friendly. There was plenty of room for everyone. My kids loved the games and playset on the property, but also that the community playground and beach were within walking distance.

Family visiting to attend a wedding.

Family came from Virginia, Colorado, Alaska, and Indiana to attend a wedding in Medina. Additional family from the area also attended a gathering at the cottage. The swing set and slide were enjoyed by the little ones and the back patio, front porch and living room were enjoyed by family members. This is a lovely house and we fully enjoyed the comfortable living spaces.
