I am writing to formally report several concerning incidents that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel.
At approximately 11:40 PM, a group of guests attempted to enter my room using a key card that matched my room number 202. It was alarming to discover that their key had my room number printed on it. About five minutes later, the front desk clerk — the same person who had checked me in earlier — came to my door asking for my name and check-in time, stating it was an “error.”
The following morning, around 8:50 AM, I was again disturbed by loud banging on my room door and window, followed by someone pulling on the door handle as if trying to enter. This went on for several minutes. When I looked out the window, a man outside asked, “Is this room 204?” despite the number being clearly displayed.
When I checked out, I reported both incidents to the front desk, but the same employee from the night before simply apologized and said he emailed his general manager. I left feeling unsafe and extremely disappointed by how this was handled.
I am requesting that this matter be investigated seriously. Guest safety and privacy are basic expectations, and these repeated incidents were unacceptable. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and let me know what actions will be taken.
