WORST EVER, everything was awful.

Very dirty, floor and carpet is old and did not appear to be swept at all. There was food on the floor along with trash and dirt. The entire place reeked of marijuana. Upon entering our room, there were a cigarette butt on the floor, it was supposed to be a smoke free facility. Cigarette burns on the comforter, crinkled up and used tissues along with leftover food. I went to discuss this with the front desk, and all they said was we can’t do anything about it will let housekeeping know. Unhelpful front desk. The ice machine area had the hall wall blown out, it was covered with plastic wrap, and there was drywall all over the floor. The weight room says broken, and blocked off with boards. The continental breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. They made gravy and put it in a crockpot along with biscuits out of a bag. No fresh fruit, no yogurt no eggs nothing healthy. The location is questionable as well. A lot of of people hanging out in the streets and around the hotel. A very unsafe feeling. The curtains in our room were falling off the hooks and broken as well. The hairdryer had lint and all sorts of hair wrapped up in the back vent. The floor caulking was all pulled up and brown, looked like mold, please I beg you do not stay at this place unsafe, unhelpful, and by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed on the road

There were cigarette burns in the blankets, the plumbing had issue. First thing i seen when i walked in the room was the plunger by the toilet. The room service people didnt say please or thank you. And the maintenance guy told us we were using too much 1 ply toilet paper. And the breakfast wasnt that great

Rooms were not clean, we had bathtubs with stains in them, our room had an opened soap, and the fridge wasn’t cold. The front desk gentleman Ray was very helpful and polite and allowed us to pick the room we wanted after that. Unfortunately the next rooms didn’t have very cold fridges and also had the same bathtub problem. Some smelled heavily of smoke. We picked the best one out of our options but it felt like the lesser of 3 evils. The outside property was fine, and parking was easy, we could walk our dog easily, and all the staff was friendly. The rooms themselves and the inside were just not well kept or cleanly. Probably won’t stay there again if we go back to the area for another conference.

Convenient location. Gentleman at the desk was very nice and friendly. As soon as you entered the hotel, it smelled like pot. Went for breakfast and everything was gone. Saw someone walking out with a huge plateful. It was a decent place to lay your head at night for the price.

Gross

The place was dirty. The bedspreads were gross. Bathroom was dirty. Shower not clean, mirror or floor. Hair dryer didn’t work, toilet stopped up had to go downstairs get a plunger and unstop it ourselves. Breakfast was a joke. Went down at 8 :15. And there hardly nothing there. Coffee and waffles. There were homeless people staying there. The place was inundated with the smell of marijuana. Checked out and one of the owners asked me if I was taking their pillows. I said do you know how offensive that is.The younger man said well alot of people steal our pillows and blankets. From the outside blinds tore up on windows, light fixture broke and filthy doors. One of biggest issues is the elevator. It’s disgustingly nasty. Other guests said don’t touch the walls. Won’t go back nor will I recommend it.i had photos but I deleted them after we got home.

It was ok

Cleanliness of the room hasn't the greatest. Toilet didn't want to flush and bathroom sink didn't drain. The watrr pressure in the show didn't hardly exist. But the help was very nice and helpful.

Room needed a lot of fixes. Nightstands coming off wall. Base pulled away from wall. Toilet paper holder taped into vanity with electrical tape. Stopper out of sink laying on vanity I checked in early based on weather and travel and while I understand a fee to do so I don’t expect to get a substandard room because of it
