Second time staying there. This time it was for a week. Love having so much space especially for a long stay. Will be staying here again when I have any appointments at Cleveland clinic. The shuttle is there every few minutes to take you to the clinic

Very clean room and quality bedding. I loved having a tub. I also enjoyed being able to crack open the windows (they do not open all the way). The service was great for hotel. The restaurant was nice although a bit slow on service. I stayed in a suite and it was up to expectations and as described.

I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic.
