Our stay had several issues that were disappointing. We found trash left in the room from the previous guest and there was no toilet paper. When I called the front desk, I was informed that I would need to come down to get assistance, despite there being two staff members available. Upon arrival, neither of them appeared to be busy. Breakfast was also disappointing; the food was cold due to the vent above the eggs, and there were no potatoes or coffee available by 8 AM. I noticed the attendant on their phone in the kitchen and heard complaints about being overwhelmed with work. Additionally, the presence of vagrants in the parking lot made for an unwelcoming atmosphere.

The La Quinta is comfortable and very convenient to the airport. The staff was truly wonderful. They made suggestions about places to go for dinner that evening and we're very helpful when it came to booking the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was punctual and friendly. Staff was friendly and provided for options of things to do. What I didn't care is the location of this hotel. Roads are run down and there is homeless people in the area. Not a good take a leisurely walk.

Hotel is a little outdated. We needed more towels and wash cloths and we were told to come to the front desk and get them. Carpet is old and stained and it's across from a RTA. Breakfast was okay and the bed I had was hard as a rock. Not worth $120 a night.
