Location location location

My daughter and I came for the weekend to see comedian Fortune Feimster and had an amazing time on the trolley and learning all of the history, taking a ghost tour, eating amazing food, and the hotel was absolutely the best location and service. We will be back! Thank you so much!

Nice hotel and walkable to everything you need to see and do in Savannah. The squares and historic neighborhoods are right next door and the river with all of its dining and shopping are directly across the street. I’d recommend saving A LOT of money and parking in the city structure across the street (I paid $32 for two nights vs $90 at the hotel. Staff was friendly. The rooftop pool has some great views but is not heated. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We love Savannah and this hotels was a perfect location to the beautiful squares, waterfront. Restaurants and shops. We travel with a dog and the hotel was a very welcoming to our pet. Will stay here every year on our trip back to home from Florida.

The check in was a pain and initial room given was not what was requested. The bathroom had mold on tub tiles and floors were not cleaned in corners.We were told we booked twice which was not true. The front desk receptionist was bore line rude instead of apologetic. The 2nd room was fine and what was requested.

Check in went smooth even considering that we didn’t arrive until 2am. The entryway door was locked so you need to push a button so they could let us in which is a great security measure. Employees were extremely friendly and the hotel was situated close enough to walk around for shopping, eateries and sightseeing.
