YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME - The Resort on Cocoa Beach is located directly on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. We offer a vacation getaway as active or as relaxing as you choose to make it. The area boasts an endless array of outdoor activities including water sports, surfing, fishing, golfing and much more.

Condo Amenities
The Resort offers spacious updated two bedroom condos that accommodate six people. All condos have a full size kitchen, washer/dryer and 3 TV’s.

Resort Policies
Sorry no pets; All Service Animals and documented Emotional Support Animals must be reported at check-in.
Advance deposit is due upon booking. Maximum occupancy is six people (including children) which is strictly enforced. Must be 18 to register.
Maximum two vehicles allowed on property per condo; one allowed undercover.
Check-in 4:00 P.M. ~ Check-out 10:00 A.M.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for $50 refundable security deposit. For guests using a debit card, the full amount of your stay and a $50 incidental fee will be deducted from your account at check-in. Any incidental amount not used will be refunded to your account in accordance with your banks hold policy. 72 hour cancellation policy for a full refund of deposit.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building; smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas of the Resort only.

The resort will collect a $61.00 Housekeeping fee at check in.
